In the initial conversation we get to know your expectations and needs. We ask about the purpose and the goals of the space we will be creating together. This is also the moment to confirm the expected scope of the cooperation.

Documentation review

We review the scope of the documentation we receive, refine it, and propose optimised technical and material solutions tailored to the conditions of the space being adapted, taking into account the client’s guidelines on its purpose and goals.

STEP 4

Outline proposal

Based on the information we have gathered, we present a tailored proposal – the suggested scope of work, an initial schedule and an indicative cost estimate.

STEP 5

Project kick-off

Once the terms and the outline plan are accepted, we sign off and move into the implementation phase.

Execution

This is the execution phase. We carry out the work entrusted to us in line with the schedule, with care for quality and a smooth flow of information. Every stage is transparent – nothing moves forward without the client’s approval.
