From a local company
to international standards

1992 – Roots and inspiration

GRUPAFORMA’s roots go back to 1992, when FORMA was founded – specialising in commercial interiors for public sector facilities. Years of experience became the starting point for a new chapter and a new era of the business.

New beginnings

In response to a lack of consistent standards in the industry, two entrepreneurs created an operating model that delivers full control over every stage of a commercial interior project. Their goal was to combine hands-on craft experience with process discipline – from design through to installation.

Breakthrough moment

The new company – GRUPAFORMA – entered the market.
The first projects showed that a flexible yet disciplined model of cooperation matched the expectations of clients, including the largest ones. Personal involvement at every stage of execution created the trust that became the engine of further growth.

Building scale

GRUPAFORMA consistently invests in growth – raising standards, structuring the organisation, developing the team’s competencies, and expanding its base of trusted partners and suppliers. At the same time, the company broadens its services to other sectors – executing projects in retail, wellness and beauty, office, HoReCa and public sector segments across more than 20 countries.

Present day

In 2025 alone, GRUPAFORMA executed projects in more than 200 locations and passed the 570,000 m² mark of completed commercial space. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the company maintains a dynamic pace of growth – confirmed, among other things, by the Forbes Diamonds Poland award, given to companies that demonstrate the most dynamic growth in value while maintaining financial stability, transparency and credibility.
